If you aren’t available to receive your order, the courier driver will send you an SMS or call to confirm if they can leave your package with any authorized recipient at your shipping address. Your authorized recipient will be asked to sign for the package on your behalf.

If you missed the delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver the package up to 2 times. After the final delivery attempt, the courier reserves the right to return your package to us (the shipper).
